INNOVIM has developed a QA process that successfully passed a CMMI Level 2 appraisal in October 2008. Procedures that we have put in place have improved our sharing and communication of our operations. With our continual process improvement practices, our level of services to the client is more robust. We have installed mechanisms to continue improving our quality of services to clients.
