INNOVIM provides services to our customers through GSA IT Schedule 70, several GWACs (EAGLE, TIPSS-3) and several NASA Contract Vehicles.

GSA IT Schedules

The GSA Federal Supply Schedules program establishes long-term government-wide contracts providing access to a wide variety of commercial products and services. The program provides Federal agencies with a simplified process for obtaining products and services at fair and reasonable predetermined prices.

GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70: Information Technology Services

GSA Schedule Number: GS-35F-0677R

The IT Services schedule was established by GSA to assist federal government agencies with their procurement of IT products, services, and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT mission.

Under this schedule INNOVIM can provide:

information technology services including resources and facilities management, database planning and design, IT facility operation and maintenance, IT systems development, systems analysis and design, automated information systems design and integration, programming, IT backup and security, data conversion and implementation, information assurance, computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM), network services, project management, data management, automated data services, and other information technology services.

Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC)

EAGLE provides a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories (FC's):

• FC1 – Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
• FC2 – Operations and Maintenance
• FC3 – Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation and Verification
• FC4 – Software Development
• FC5 – Management Support Services

The TIPSS-3 contracts provides for Total Information Processing Support Services for the IRS. Each contract is indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The task orders "cost" types may be cost-reimbursement plus fixed fee (CPFF), firm fixed price (FFP), or time and materials (T&M), depending on the nature of the services to be provided, dollar values, and other factors.

The principal Tasks area covered by the contract vehicle are:

Information System Services (ISS) - Traditional automated data processing (ADP) or IT support services, including all aspects of software development, training, and quality assurance support services. 

Strategic Business Services (SBS) - Modernization of paper based organizations through implementation of cutting edge technologies utilizing large scale systems across functional areas.  Support services in the acquisition of high level project management skills and tools for managing, tracking, reporting and transitioning large scale systems and for maintaining configuration management controls.  In addition, this Principle Task Area provides support for the special computer and human interfaces often required to provide equal access to information resources for employees who have physical or sensorial disabilities.

System Security Services (SSS) - Enhancement of IT security of data residing in computer files or during transmission, assessing IT risk relating to privacy, fraud and abuse, and the adequacy of internal controls to eliminate and/or mitigate risks to systems being built.  Development of contingency plans to cover system failures and recovery procedures; evaluation and implementation of encryption; authentication of system users; digital signatures to ensure integrity of critical systems; the conduct of risk analysis; development of recommendations and implementations; and plans for new procedures and changes to existing systems.  In addition, this Principle Task Area provides support for the Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12).
